Greenfield Capital Investment AG is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. We comply with all applicable German and EU regulations including the Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz - GwG) and EU AML Directives.
We may require identity verification for: (a) Withdrawals above certain thresholds; (b) Accounts showing unusual activity; (c) High-value accounts. Required documents may include: Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).
We do not accept funds from: (a) Countries subject to international sanctions; (b) Individuals on terrorist watch lists or PEP (Politically Exposed Person) lists; (c) Anonymous or third-party sources. Users may not use this platform to layer, integrate, or place illicitly obtained funds.
We monitor transactions for suspicious patterns including: unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, inconsistent behavior, and transactions from high-risk jurisdictions.
As required by law, we report suspicious activity to the relevant German financial intelligence unit (Financial Intelligence Unit – FIU). We are not required to notify the user when such a report is filed.
We reserve the right to suspend or freeze accounts pending investigation of suspicious activity. Funds may be held until legal requirements are satisfied.
