You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All deposits are processed via our third-party payment processor NowPayments. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by blockchain congestion or third-party service outages. Withdrawal requests are processed according to your account level's stated processing time. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.
The referral program is governed by the terms stated on our Affiliate page. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenfield Capital Investment AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
